Q 1) I am a public servant. Can I apply?

Ans: Public servants who have conceived & implemented a best practice in governance, which is replicated elsewhere as a model of governance or who have conceived & experimented innovative governance systems to build and institutionalize citizen centric, corrupt free & participatory governance in India are also welcome to apply.

Q 2) I am an MSW graduate. Now I work with an NGO. Can I apply?

Ans: Any individual having experience in working with the vision of pursuing excellence in governance & having proven competencies in any of the subject areas of governance in the state are welcome to apply.

Q 3) Is it to take classes ? / Am I expected to take classes ?

Ans: Any person having demonstrated competencies in pursuing excellence in governance is welcome to apply. The persons who can be resource persons in training institutions to take classes will have to undergo a Training of Trainers (TOT) course conducted by IMG, for the purpose of accreditation.

Selection of such trainer assignments will be based on further aptitude & competency testing. However, skills in teaching or training is not essential as some persons can act as 'Think Tanks' in brain storming sessions or for policy document preparation or for any other aspects of excellence from governance.
